San Francisco, California – Block Blox announces the upcoming launch of Anatha Systems’ cutting-edge economy-as-a-service (EAAS) blockchain protocol. Anatha’s EAAS comes complete with a blockchain platform and set of tools that together enable any group to easily design, launch and begin transacting with their own custom cryptocurrency.
Blockchains have so far failed to gain widespread adoption within local communities as an economic system. In essence, while a few people are using cryptocurrencies in most communities around the world, very few see any cryptocurrency used broadly within their local community. Anatha’s products are designed to help local communities and groups to adopt their own currencies and use them to transact within their local ecosystem.
Anatha’s digital wallet is a huge enabler of this vision due to a key feature. Users of any Anatha network can register a human readable address (i.e., @JoeSmith) within the Anatha wallet. These readable addresses simplify the process of sending and receiving cryptocurrency transactions immensely. Once on the network, users benefit from a daily distribution of Anatha tokens, akin to a universal basic income. Anatha believes that by designing a system that is far simpler to use and that fairly values and rewards members of the network, their economy-as-a-service blockchain can begin to replace existing economic systems at the local level.
Anatha’s Founder and CEO, Edward Hickman, recently commented on the vision of Anatha, “We believe that we’ve now reached the point in our evolution as a species where we can design technologies that re-establish the balance of resources and equality amongst people. We believe that by enabling groups to set up their own local economic systems, we’ll promote a more sustainable and localized standard of living, a standard which will be critical in reducing the excessive production and consumption habits of most societies today. That’s the mission behind Anatha and we’re excited to begin working with communities around the world to offer our economy-as-a-service.”
Anatha will position their EAAS product as a complete package to governments, institutions, and even indigenous communities. The EAAS allows groups to design and issue their own currency, set up custom community governance rules, and use the Anatha wallet’s HRA feature to easily transact amongst fellow members of the blockchain economy.
At Block Blox, we were honored to architect and build Anatha’s custom core blockchain solution, and we’re excited to support Anatha with their ongoing ecosystem development efforts. Anatha is definitely a project to keep your eye on for more exciting announcements!
